“I recently had PAC automate the iron gates at our home which is on a steep hill, so not a simple job! I had heard of some horror stories from friends who had had automated gates installed in the area, and was somewhat nervous of the process of appointing a contractor. I need not have worried with PAC, as the owner, Steve allayed all my concerns on his first visit. I must congratulate him on having a team around him that embraces so enthusiastically his ethos of supplying a professional, efficient and cost effective service to their customers. My business is in property, and I am used to seeing engineers, fitters, workmen, builders etc on their mobile phones, taking innumerable breaks throughout the day, and disappearing early, and arriving late! I was amazed that each member of Steve’s team worked so conscientiously throughout the day, were at all times polite, and customer orientated, but most importantly knew what they were doing. It was also impressive to see Steve turn up three times to manage the job. Regrettably, I rarely have the inclination to write testimonials, but in this instance I felt compelled to do so because of the immense satisfaction I obtained from the service received by PAC.
